Terms for ArtwithWhy
These terms govern access to the website, premium subscriptions, digital delivery, and basic responsibilities of the user and operator.

ArtwithWhy is a digital service that offers quizzes, training flows, artwork reference pages, and optional premium access.
The service is operated by Francesco Sanna, based in Italy. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
1. Service scope
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial learning use unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Accounts and access
- some areas require sign-in through a supported authentication provider;
- users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for keeping access credentials secure;
- the operator may limit access in case of abuse, fraud, unlawful use, or attempts to bypass technical restrictions.
3. Premium subscriptions
- premium plans renew automatically according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date;
- checkout, billing, taxes, and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record;
- the user receives digital access immediately after successful payment confirmation.
4. Digital supply and withdrawal
Because premium access is a digital service supplied immediately after purchase, the checkout flow should clearly inform the customer that access starts without physical delivery.
Where required by consumer law, the user is asked to acknowledge immediate performance and the related consequences for the statutory withdrawal right.
5. Availability and liability
- the operator may update or modify the service for product, security, operational, or legal reasons;
- the service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times;
- nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
